A-Contract with Wospro Japan

B-Documents to be provided by applicant

  • -Application Form
  • -Personal Records
  • -Copy of graduation certificate (high school diploma or university degree)
  • -School records from the last school attended
  • -Passport photos (3 X 4 cm), 10 color photos w/white background
  • -Copy of passport
  • -Birth Certificate (in case your guarantor is one of your parent) or any official paper proved the relation with your guarantor.
  • -Certificate of employment or justified your activities (For high school pupil: Certificate of attendance school, idem for student form University or training school)

C-Documents to be provided by guarantor The guarantor is one who makes contract to pay the expenses for the applicant while he or she is studying in Japan.

  • -Statement of financial commitment
  • -Annual income (greater than or equal to 20,000 USD)
  • -Bank account balance (greater than or equal to 35,000 USD)
  • -Certificate of occupation or any other document proving the guarantor activity.

  • Step2 Examination of Application by Wospro Japan
  • Step3 Choice of school
  • Step4 Examination of application by Japanese language school
  • Step5 Applying to Japanese immigration office
  • Step6 Fax to our representation (certificates of eligibility and admission)
  • Step7 Invoice School, Dormitory and Wospro Japan Fees
  • Step8 Transfer School, Dormitory and Wospro Japan Fees
  • Step9 Confirmation of Transfer by our Bank
  • Step10 We send the certificates to the Applicant
  • Step11 You to the Japanese Embassy or consulat for the Visa Application
  • Step12 Arrival in Japan
  • Step13 Start Course

 

Payment

The payment will be done by bank transfer after the issuance of certificate of eligibility from the ministry of Justice of Japan and the certificate of admission from the school.

Once it’s done, Wospro Japan will send to the applicant an account number where he will have to do the transfer. (School fees, Dormitory fees and Wospro Japan services fees). After confirmation of your transfer by our bank, Wospro Japan will send all required documents for your visa.

Wospro Japan helps you find the appropriate accommodation at a reasonable price before your arrival in Japan. It usually a campus very close to the school you will be attending. Necessary documents for applying VISA at the Japanese embassy in your country

We try to resume here all the procedures for your visa. It usually takes four to seven working days to process an application.

You must submit the following documents:

  • Valid Passport.
  • Application form completed and signed (given to you at the embassy)
  • A 2 inch square photography, taken within six months of application, attached to the application
  • Certificate of eligibility (original one and one copy) and certificate of admission (original one and one copy).
    (When the visa is issued, the certificates of eligibility and admission (originals) will be returned to the student and he has to present it at the time of arrival at Narita Airport.)
