How long does the procedure take?
You have to apply at least 6 months before the desire period of course.
(for exemple, if you apply for the october session, you have to start the application procces in April/May)
When Wospro Japan has receive all the document asked, we start to translate it in Japanese.
Then we send everything to the immigration office.
After the immigration office has approve your case, they deliver the certificated of elegibility, a very important document that you need to apply for your visa in the Japanese ambassy of your country.
If we received the certificated of elegibility, that mean that the immigration office have no problem with your case, and so, the school deliver the letter of admission. (you will need this paper too, to ask for the visa).
Then we send you by fax or e-mail a copy of those two documents, to prove that your admission has been accepted.
At this moment you have to pay, and when it is done we send you the two documents by DHL or equivalent.
With those two documents, your passport, some passport photography, you go to the Japan Ambassy of your country to take the Visa.
After that, we welcome you in Japan. ( we generaly ask the student to come 1 week before the beginning of the course, to have time to instal your self in your new home and rest a little bit.)
